Mike Celaya

Director of Development

Mike is a third-generation Tucsonan and a first-generation college graduate, with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in business administration from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management.

Following a career spanning almost two decades with the IBM Corp., Mike began his work in development for the University of Arizona in 2012. He represented the University of Arizona Foundation, the Eller College of Management, and the Arizona Alumni Association before joining CALES in 2018.

In addition to his work growing philanthropy for many programs in CALES, his role includes alumni relations, advocacy, and corporate relations. Mike serves as the development liaison to the Norton School of Family and Consumer Sciences, the Department of Entomology, and Agricultural Resources and Economics Department.
